Wireless. Best for retrofits and smaller projects. Works with the Lutron app and Apple Home.
Lutron RadioRA 3
Wireless backbone with keypad control across multiple zones. Common in larger residential installs.
Lutron HomeWorks QS
Wired system for new builds and major remodels. The system AV integrators typically spec for whole-home automation.
Lutron Sivoia QS
Lutron's wired luxury shading line. Used alongside HomeWorks QS lighting control.
Lutron Palladiom
Architectural shading hardware for visible installations where the hardware is part of the design.

Hardwired
Standard for new construction and major remodels. Power runs to the motor from the home's electrical.
Battery-powered
Lithium-ion battery packs for retrofits where running power to the window isn't practical. Rechargeable.

A middle path for walls that are already open during a remodel.

1%, 3%, 5%, and 10% openness factors. Cuts glare while preserving the view. The workhorse on west-facing glass.
Roller blackout
Bedrooms and theaters. Side and top light channels are recommended for true blackout.
Dual roller
A solar shade and a blackout in one pocket. Common in primary bedrooms with ocean views.
Sheer and honeycomb
For soft daytime filtering and partial privacy.
Roman shades
Motorized Roman shades require stronger motors than rollers because they're heavier.
Hunter Douglas Silhouette and Pirouette
Powered via Hunter Douglas PowerView.
Programming and scenes.
Standard scenes we program on most jobs. Scenes are tested at install and tuned during the first month. If something isn't working months later, we come back for a service call.
