The owners wanted morning light without losing their harbor view — a balance that often gets lost in over-engineered shading.
We sourced a Belgian linen weave and built floor-to-ceiling ripple-fold panels with motorized tracks tucked into the ceiling pocket. Twelve panels across three rooms, all programmed to open in sequence with sunrise.
The result moves with the coastal breeze and disappears completely when fully open.
